PHILADELPHIA – The new South Korean owner of the Philly Shipyard is looking at a combination of internal and government-funded yard improvements to boost production from the current 1-1.5 ships per year to six to 10 per year, or over 10 vessels in under 10 years, including U.S. Navy vessels. “We are looking to do six-plus, 10-plus.
