Graham And Whitehouse Launch Third Congressional Investigation Into Russia Influencing Elections

Senators Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) announced Thursday they are launching a bipartisan investigation into Russian efforts to influence elections in the United States and abroad through the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Terrorism.Graham and Whitehouse are the Chairman and Ranking Member of the subcommittee, respectively.The subcommittee’s goals are fourfold: gain an understanding of the U.S. Intelligence Community’s (IC) assessment that Russia took an active interest and played a role in the 2016 elections; learn more about…
