Goodrich Acquires Recon/Optical’s Imaging Assets

Goodrich Corp. [GR] this week said that it has acquired two divisions of Recon/Optical, Inc. (ROI) to complement its current portfolio of aircraft- based imaging sensors. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. ROI is owned by electronics component manufacturer Bourns Inc. of California. The portion of ROI being acquired by Goodrich has 170 people and had sales last year of $27 million.
