General Dynamics [GD] United Kingdom Limited Oct. 30 opened its pioneering defence innovation center. The opening ceremony was conducted by Andrew Tyler, chief operating officer of the U.K. Ministry of Defence's Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) organization.
