General Dynamics [GD] on Thursday announced the president of Electric Boat (EB) is retiring at the end of the year and will be succeeded by the senior vice president and chief operating officer (COO) of the submarine builder. Current EB President Kevin Graney is retiring at the end of the year and the parent company is promoting EB COO Mark Rayha to be the division's next president.
