GD Announces Leadership Changes At Marine, Land Systems

General Dynamics [GD] this week said that David Heebner, who is president of the company's Land Systems division, will succeed Michael Toner as chief of the Marine System division when Toner retires on Dec. 31. Heebner, 63, will be succeeded at Land Systems by Mark Roualet, 49, who is currently senior vice president and chief operating officer at Land Systems, effective Oct. 15.
