Northrop Grumman [NOC] on Tuesday named Brett Lambert to be its new vice president of corporate strategy effective Jan. 26, succeeding Stanley Szemborski, who has retired from the company.  Lambert will develop and implement the company’s business focus area strategies and will also serve as the chair of the strategic development council.
