Federal IT Solutions Provider Crimson Phoenix Acquires Cyberspace Solutions

Crimson Phoenix, a supplier of information technology and data analytics solutions to the national security community, has acquired Cyberspace Solutions LLC (CSS) in a deal that bolsters its work with the U.S. Special Operations Command and Defense Intelligence Agency. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Crimson Phoenix is a platform company focused on intelligence, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
