Excelitas Acquires Defense Electronics Unit From Silicon Power

Excelitas Technologies on Monday said it has acquired the SolidTRON product line from Silicon Power Corp., expanding its product portfolio with the aerospace and defense industry and strengthening its supply chain in defense electronics. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
