The European Commission (EC) has banned all eight airlines operating from the West African nation of Benin from flying to Europe because of their poor safety record. The EC also added six carriers from Kazakhstan and one each from Thailand (One Two Go Airlines) and Ukraine (Motor Sich Airlines) to its list.
