Elbit’s Subsidiary In U.S. Completes M7 Aerospace Acquisition

The Elbit Systems of America subsidiary of Israel's Elbit Systems recently said it acquired 100 percent of M7 Aerospace LP in a $85 million all cash transaction. "We are pleased to take this important step towards enhancing our support solutions capabilities in the U.S. market," Raanan Horowitz, Elbit Systems of America, president and CEO, said in a statement.
