OSI Systems [OSIS] 1Q14 1Q13 Sales $206.3M $181.7M Net Inc. $6.4M, 0.31 $6.3M, 0.3 Net income remained flat as restructuring charges—mainly having to do with a move of the Healthcare segment’s headquarters—combined with lower earnings in Healthcare and the Optoelectronics segment, mostly wiped out a blowout quarter from the Security division. Sales increased 14% to a record on record revenues in Security and strong growth in the Optoelectronics division, which benefited about equally from organic growth and two acquisitions.…
