EADS’ U.S. Chief O’Keefe Assumes Chairman Role As Well

The European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co. (EADS) yesterday said that Sean O’Keefe, who leads the company’s North American division as CEO, is also now the chairman of the business. O’Keefe succeeds Ralph Crosby, who has retired. O’Keefe added the chairman job at EADS North America on Jan. 1, EADS said. He became CEO in Nov. 2009.
