EADS, BAE End Merger Talks; What’s Next?

(EADS) and Britain’s BAE Systems yesterday called off their planned $94 billion merger saying that while the deal made strong business sense, the British, French and German governments couldn’t come to terms with each other nor with the reasoning behind the deal.
