NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. -- Air Force Secretary Michael Donley put Congress on notice yesterday regarding sequestration and budget planning. “We need Congress to de-trigger the Budget Control Act's sequester provisions before the end of this year,” Donley said from the podium during his state of the Air Force speech at the 2012 Air Force Association's Air and Space Exposition here.
