DoD’s Office Of Strategic Capital Issues New Investment Strategy With Focus On Credit To Key Tech Areas

The Defense Department’s Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) on Thursday issued its investment strategy for fiscal year 2025, taking advantage of new authorities allowing it to provide loans and loan guarantees to companies in the supply chain for key technologies that have capital investment needs.
