DoD Publishes Final Rule For Contractor Cybersecurity Compliance

The Defense Department last Friday published its final rule for the Cybersecurity Maturity Certification (CMMC) program, meaning certain cybersecurity requirements will be included in solicitations and contracts in early to mid-2025.
