DIU Launches $20 Million Prize Challenge For Ready-To-Go UAS

The Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) has launched a new prize challenge, Project G.I., which initially is aimed at unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and related items for rapid assessment, iteration, and fielding with tactical units for operations in contested and denied environments. With Project G.I., DIU and its partner units plan to get end-user feedback quickly to enable faster delivery of capabilities.
