The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) plans an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract vehicle for solutions for intelligence rapid technical collection support to urgent, sensitive operations for technical collection of intelligence across the irregular warfare mission area encompassing any combination of phenomenologies and techniques for material sampling, radio frequency, radar, electro-optical, geophysical, nuclear radiation, biometrics, and cross-cutting technology areas.
