The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency, Center for Domestic Preparedness is conducting an end-user functionality and efficacy assessment of colorimetric tub and chip chemical detection kits to validate their employment and effectiveness when used by emergency responders in weapons of mass destruction or hazardous materials environments.
