The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate has issued a Request for Information for research services needed to gain a greater understanding of any given technology, scientific area, branch of science, high technology, emerging technology, process, procedure or industry for gaining all practically- obtainable knowledge related to fielding capabilities for the Homeland Security Enterprise (HSE).
