The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Policy seeks a contractor to support the drafting and reviewing of HDS plans, policies, directives and standard operating procedures. DHS says that as it moves toward a more aggressive approach to offering new, creative threat reduction options to the prevention of bio-vulnerabilities, such as Pandemic Flu, tainted import products, etcetera, in depth assessment is required.
