The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has selected three companies to compete for a potential $172 million over five years to provide tactical infrastructure in the Border Patrol's Laredo Sector located in southwest and northeast Texas. The three companies are Environmental Chemical Corp., Kiewit Texas Construction, L.P., and Weston Solutions.
