Despite Charges, Boeing Chief Cites Progress On Fixed-Price Defense Programs

Boeing [BA] continues to grapple with challenges in troubled government programs it won bidding on fixed-price development contracts and while there is no simple fix progress is being made and performance should improve this year, Kelly Ortberg, the company’s president and CEO, said on Tuesday.
