Defentect to Be Pilot Tested at D.C. Hospital

Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., will pilot test Splinternet Holdings' Defentect DM3 intelligent threat awareness software which manages, monitors and communicates messages from radiological sensors to an incident command center as well to PDAs, cell phones or pagers. The pilot test will monitor for the ingress of radiologically contaminated patients as well as the illicit egress of on-premise radiological materials used to treat patients.
