Work will be performed in Huntington Beach, California (65%); Cockeysville, Maryland (20%); and Herndon, Virginia (15%), and is expected to be completed by September 2022. Fiscal 2020 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) in the amount of $16,749 (1%) will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
