RMI Titanium Co. LLC, Niles, Ohio, has been awarded a maximum $54,964,162 firm-fixed-price contract for Titanium Ti6-4 and Ti6-4 ingots. This awardee is replacing Titanium Metals Corp., from which the government had to withdraw a contract award sharing the same contract number (announced Sept. 26, 2023). This was a competitive acquisition with seven responses received. This is a two-year contract with no option periods. The performance completion date is Sept. 28, 2025. Using military services are Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Space Command. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2023 through 2025 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Contracting Services Office, Fort Belvoir (SP8000-23-C-0012).
