Work will be performed in Largo, Florida (59%); McKinney, Texas (35%); St. Petersburg, Florida (3%); and Andover, Massachusetts (3%), and is expected to be completed by July 2024. Fiscal 2023 working capital funds in the amount of $15,073,840 (81%); fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,017,475 (6%); fiscal 2023 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) (Canada) funds in the amount of $883,924 (5%); fiscal 2022 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $756,266 (4%); fiscal 2023 FMS (Australia) funds in the amount of $435,970 (2%); fiscal 2023 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $267,300 (1%); and fiscal 2021 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $180,654 (1%), will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
