Offshore Service Vessels LLC, Cut Off, Louisiana (N3220519C3514), is awarded an $11,025,190 option (P00017) for the fixed-price portion of a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract with reimbursable elements to exercise a one-year option period for the U.S. flag Jones Act, West Coast-based service support vessel MV Alyssa Chouest, which will be utilized to launch and recover Navy submersibles, divers and small craft. This contract includes a one-year firm period of the performance, three one-year options periods and one, 11-month option period, which exercised would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $54,238,356. Work will be performed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and at sea, and is expected to be completed, if all options are exercised, by Sept. 6, 2024. Funds in the amount of $11,025,190 for Option Two will be provided for fiscal 2022. This option is exercised subject to the availability of funds in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.232-18, availability of funds. This procurement was released under full and open competition, with an unlimited number of companies solicited via the beta.sam.gov website and six offers were received. The Navy’s Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
