HDR Engineering Inc., Honolulu, Hawaii, is awarded a $25,000,000 firm-fixed-price modification to increase the maximum dollar value of an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity architect-engineer contract for design services at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii area of operations. Work may also be performed, as required, in other areas outside of Hawaii. After award of this modification, the total cumulative contract value will be $55,000,000. No task orders are being issued at this time. Work is expected to be completed by November 2022. The work to be performed provides for design and engineering services for the repair and alteration of facilities, site development, waterfront, airfield facilities, infrastructure systems (including water, sewer, drainage, electrical, and communication), and energy conservation. No funds will be obligated at time of award. Funds will be obligated on individual task orders as they are issued. Task orders will be primarily funded by operation and maintenance (Navy) and military construction funds.
