General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Connecticut, is awarded a $37,349,809 modification to previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract N00024-20-C-2114 to exercise options for Reactor Plant Planning Yard support for nuclear-powered submarines and Support Yard for the Navy’s moored training ships. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut (89%); and Charleston, South Carolina (11%). Fiscal 2022 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $6,428,540 (73%); and fiscal 2023 operations and maintenance (Navy) in the amount of $2,400,000 (27%) will be obligated at time of award, of which $2,400,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
