
The House and Senate kicked off the reconciliation process for the fiscal year 2016 defense authorization bill today.This morning, the Senate struck a section of the National Defense Authorization Act that fell under the purview of the Senate Finance Committee, allowing Congress to move the bill forward into conference.The chairmen of the House and Senate defense committees, Rep.
