Coast Guard Awards $4.9M to ICF for HR Support

ICF International [ICFI] has received a potential five-year, $4.9 million contract from the Coast Guard to provide strategic human capital support services. The contract has a base-year and four one-year options. ICF's work will consist of support for human capital planning and recruitment and support to develop and retain qualified acquisition personnel, human capital information management support, and analysis of human capital management practices, procedures and policy guidance.
