Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued a solicitation for Low Energy Drive-Through large-scale non-intrusive inspection systems that allows vehicles to drive through with their occupants still inside. A contract award for up to 15 systems is planned for Sept. 30 and potential awards for six more systems each are planned in the following two years.
