CBP Issues RFI for Mobile Surveillance Systems for SBI

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to determine sources of mobile surveillance capabilities--either commercial-off-the-shelf or government-off-the-shelf--to detect illegal border crossings along land and waterway borders under the Secure Border Initiative (SBI) program. CBP says in may seek proposals within 90 days.
