Canadian Firm to Distribute Defentect’s Rad Detection Network

Canada's S2 Asset Protection security firm has signed an agreement to distribute Defentect's DM3 sensor management software and radiation detectors, Gammatect and Gammatect Plus in Canada. S2 specializes in providing protection technologies to government, industrial, commercial and energy companies and markets object detection and auto- tracking video surveillance systems integrating automated pan-tilt-zoom cameras to track vehicles or people in priority zones. The deal with Defentect, a subsidiary of Splinternet Holdings [SLNH], adds unattended radiation detection capabilities to S2's solutions portfolio.
