Canada’s Calian Acquires Norway-Based Training Company

Canada-based Calian Group last week said it has acquired Comprehensive Training Solutions International (CTS), a Norway-based company that provides training services for defense and civil customers. A spokesman for Calian told Defense Daily on Monday that the deal price was about $1.5 million. CTS develops and provides complex training exercises for NATO’s Joint Warfare Centre and other NATO agencies, and corporate and civil clients. For Calian, the deal expands its presence in Europe.
