CACI Completes Acquisitions of Firms Serving Intel Space

CACI International [CAI] yesterday said it has completed its acquisitions of two companies serving the intelligence community with geospatial and technical services, TechniGraphics, Inc., and Applied Systems Research, Inc. Combined, the two companies expand CACI's capabilities in serving the intelligence community, specifically in the areas of intelligence analysis, measurements and signatures intelligence for spatial, spectral and technical tasks, professional services, military operational planning and disaster relief planning. The two companies are expected to have about $56 million in sales combined…
