DHS System for Award Management Open
The Department of Homeland Security says its system for award management (SAM) opened on Oct. 6 for fiscal year 22 service contract reporting. The department says contractors should complete the reporting requirements by Dec. 15 otherwise data reported after that date may be considered late. Contractors are required to report if they received a DHS award that is fixed-price with a total estimated value of $2.5 million or more awarded in FY ’14, $1 million or more awarded in FY ’15, or $500,000 or more awarded in FY ’16 and subsequent years.
