
The Department of Homeland Security says it is nearing the end of its evaluation of Phase I proposals for its FirstSource III information technology contract and plans one more notice to industry prior to the release of down select notices. The delay in the down select notices, which had been expected last September, is being driven by the volume of proposals the department received for the multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract.
