Boeing Passes $100 Billion In Annual Sales After Solid Fourth Quarter

Boeing [BA] in 2018 eclipsed the $100 billion revenue mark for the first time on strength across its operating segments and the company delivered a solid fourth quarter due to higher commercial aircraft deliveries, and increased volume in defense and services. Fourth quarter sales were also a record, up 14 percent to $28.3 billion from $24.8 billion a year ago, with all three operating segments enjoying double-digit percentage gains, Boeing reported on Wednesday.
