Boeing Targets Production Capacity of 60 Small Satellites at Dedicated Plant in El Segundo

By the end of next year, Boeing's [BA] small satellite plant in El Segundo, Calif., may reach an annual production capacity of 60 satellites. In 2018, Boeing bought Millennium Space Systems, which has grown from 200 employees to nearly 1,000, including about 800 at Boeing's small satellite plant in El Segundo.
