ATK Reports FY ’12 Operating Results, Affirms FY ’13 Sales, Cash Flow Guidance

ATK [ATK] yesterday reported operating results for Fiscal Year 2012, reflecting net income down from the year before. For the year ending March 31, the company the company reports net income was down 16 percent to $263 million, compared to $313 million in the prior year. Also, the company achieved full-year sales of $4.6 billion, down five percent from the prior year, in line with its FY ’12 guidance.
