ASGN Acquires Defense And Federal IT Solutions Provider IndraSoft

ASGN Inc. [ASGN] last Friday said it has acquired IndraSoft Inc. in a deal that expands its work with defense customers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. IndraSoft, which is based Northern Virginia, has more than 220 employees. IndraSoft will be integrated into ASGN’s ECS Mission Solutions business. IndraSoft’s customers include the Air Force, Army intelligence, the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), the Marine Corps, and other defense clients such as U.S. Transportation Command and the Defense Logistics Agency.…
