Army, University of Delaware Sign R&D CRADA

The Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) yesterday signed a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the University of Delaware. Maj. Gen. Nickolas Justice, commanding general of RDECOM and Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) installation commander and UD President Patrick Harker signed the CRADA. Justice thanked Harker for his "aggressive leadership" in making the partnership happen, according to a university statement. He also praised UD for its excellence in engineering.
