The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends a sole source solicitation to General Dynamics C4 Systems [GD] to procure Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Manpack Radios (AN/PRC-155). The Manpack radio is a two-channel, software defined radio, capable of network-centric connectivity and legacy interoperability, supporting advanced and current waveforms.
