The Army and General Dynamics [GD] are preparing for a Limited User Test (LUT) for its Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Increment 2 on- the-move broadband networking capability. "Starting on Jan. 5 we delivered equipment most up to Ft. Lewis, [Wash.] the 4th brigade of the 2nd division up there, then the division headquarters elements of the Increment 2 test are out at Ft.
