Army Officials Talk Missile Defense Production Improvements, Relieving OpTempo

Army officials on Tuesday argued how they are working to reduce the high operational tempo of high demand missile defense systems like Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) and Patriot while working to improve production of other systems.
