Army Issues RFI to Support Common Identifier for Biological Analytics

The Joint Product Director for Advanced Detection Systems has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for potential sources, best practice information, and or emerging technologies to support the Common Identifier for Biological Analytics (CIBA) effort. CIBA is intended to be a collaborative effort with representation from the Defense Department and other federal agencies to strategically plan and develop identifier technologies that can meet various environmental and clinical diagnostic acquisition programs.
