The Army Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to keep current with the development of novel chemical- biological protective materials for potential use in a chem/bio protective ensemble. The effort is in support of its Integrated Protective Fabric System program. The material technologies can include activated carbon-based and non-carbon based materials, self detoxifying materials, selectively permeable materials, and other novel technologies for individual chem/bio protection.
